From a innovative idea to becoming a world-class institution

Founded on Innovation

Established in 2025, UC Amador is the youngest member of the prestigious University of California. Our campus was designed from the ground up to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and groundbreaking research.

Our first class is set to have over 7,000 students in spring 2026 to join today's diverse community of over 100,000 UC students, UCA is sure to pushed the boundaries of what a public research university can achieve.

Our founding chancellor, Dr. J.B Milliken, is establishing a culture of innovation that continues will to lunch our institution forward. We are set to become a comprehensive university with 9 schools and colleges, and we will maintained a commitment to accessible, high-quality education.
